Coronavirus Safety Measures:

During the initial easing out of lockdown, I will only take 2 students (from the same bubble) per course. From September onward, I will have 3 students per course *if* this fits with government and scientific advice at the time. If the Coronavirus transmission rates goes up and Social Distancing is reintroduced, I will have to postpone the course or reduce the class size. In that case I will reschedule your booking, or refund your payment, as you wish.

Student safety remains of upmost importance to me: Scientific advice on Safe Distancing, precautionary practices and cleaning routines will be adhered to throughout my workshops. Bottles of hand sanitiser are given to each student on arrival, and students are provided with, and required to wear, filtered facemasks and surgical gloves during group demonstrations.

Payments: A £100 non-refundable deposit (per person taking the course) is required to hold a place in a course. The final instalment is due one month before the course date. All prices include VAT.

Cancellation: If the course that you have chosen is undersubscribed three weeks prior to the start date, I will offer you a place on alternative dates. If no alternative is possible or suitable, I will refund the booking deposit in full. Full payments (excluding the 3.4% PayPal charge) will also be reimbursed if I have to cancel the course due to circumstances beyond my control. Students must cover their own travel and accommodation bookings in the (unlikely) event of course cancellation

Health and Safety: Lucy Churchill’s Stone Carving Workshops are fully covered by Public Liability InsuranceThis does not include personal medical insurance for participants, or cover for students being unable to attend courses they have booked.
Students must write to me in advance letting me know of any medical condition that should be taken into account on the course.
