During any easing out of lockdown, I will only take 2 students from the same bubble per course. I will only resume having 3 students if this fits with government and (more importantly) scientific  advice.
If Coronavirus transmission rates goes up, I will have to postpone the course or reduce the class size. In that case I will reschedule your booking, or refund your payment in full, as you wish.

Student safety remains of upmost importance to me: Scientific advice on Safe Distancing, precautionary practices and cleaning routines will be adhered to throughout my workshops. Bottles of hand sanitiser are given to each student on arrival, and students are provided with, and required to wear, filtered facemasks and surgical gloves during group demonstrations.

Payments: A £100 deposit (per person taking the course) is required to hold a place in a course. This is refundable in full if the government calls a lock-down. Otherwise more than a month’s notice is required in order to fill your place (if it is filled within the month you will receive a full refund). The final instalment is due one month before the course date. All prices include VAT.

Cancellation:
If the course that you have chosen is undersubscribed three weeks prior to the start date, I will offer you a place on alternative dates. If no alternative is possible or suitable, I will refund the booking deposit in full.
Full payments (excluding the 3.4% PayPal charge) will also be reimbursed if I have to cancel the course due to circumstances beyond my control.
NB: Students must take out their own insurance cover for travel and accommodation bookings in the event of course cancellation.

Health and Safety: Lucy Churchill’s Stone Carving Workshops are fully covered by Public Liability InsuranceThis does not include personal medical insurance for participants, or cover for students being unable to attend courses they have booked.
Students must write to me in advance letting me know of any medical condition  that should be taken into account on the course. (See above for additional COVID-19 measures).
